Terms of Service
The use of this website and our services is subject to these Terms of Service and our legal notices. By registering and using Hyfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
For provider details, liability, and consumer dispute resolution, see our Legal Notice.
1. Nature of the Service
Hyfolio is provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription. Access to paid features is granted for the duration of an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify the scope of the service and plans with reasonable notice where required by law.
2. Payment Provider & Billing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy for payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles payment data in accordance with applicable payment and data protection rules.
You may manage your subscription (e.g. update payment method, cancel) via the billing settings in your account or via the Stripe Customer Portal we make available. Recurring charges are applied at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
3. Refunds and Cancellation
No right to refund. Subscription fees are paid for access to the service for the relevant billing period. We do not grant refunds for partial periods, unused time, or after the service has been made available to you, except where required by mandatory law (e.g. statutory warranty or consumer rights that cannot be excluded).
If you cancel your subscription, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is due for the remainder of that period. Where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal (e.g. 14-day withdrawal for distance contracts), you may lose the right to withdraw once we have begun providing the service with your prior express consent.
4. Other Terms
Your use of Hyfolio must comply with these terms and applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach. Limitation of liability and other general provisions are set out in our Legal Notice.
